Wed, Nov 30, the P&Z is meeting to continue work, and perhaps finalize, a proposed ordinance regarding “big box” retailers. This ordinance is intended to replace the current emergency moratorium.
Attand a first organizing meeting will be held at the Moscow Unitarian Universalist Church, Nov 29, 7PM. Representatives from Pullman-ARD will be on hand to talk about their experiences opposing the Walmart Supercenter proposed for south Pullman.
