There are other planning issues in Moscow besides Big Box and Thompson property.
You might be interested in something this Wed 7:30 City Hall called “The Commons.” This is a Planned Unit Development (PUD) to develop some small houses with all the car parking placed over at one side and most of the property reserved as common open space. The current P&Z Agenda (pdf) lists this as the 2nd item, so you might wander in a bit after the 7:30 start time, unless you wanted to use the open mic.
